The GREEN LABS project aims to support and stimulate the green transition by promoting innovation and the greening of vocational education and training (VET) systems through internationalization, the exchange of practices, and knowledge sharing between partners, in line with the 2020 Osnabr\u00fcck Declaration on Vocational Education and Training for Sustainable Competitiveness, social equity, and resilience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project aims to promote the strengthening of a European education area, while contributing to strengthening skills for sustainable development: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Co-creation of a European network of local laboratories (living labs) aimed at stimulating the green transition and the development of territorial initiatives and projects.<\/li>\n
  • Design and development of a new professional training program for facilitators\/managers of these living labs, called \u201cGreen Innovation Managers (GIM),\u201d who can act as facilitators of the green transition.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Steering of the living labs created, thanks to the involvement of key public and private stakeholders and the direct commitment of trained green innovation facilitators\/managers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Implementation of a web portal for the international network of living labs, development and testing of a set of support services for stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Implementation of targeted, multi-channel awareness campaigns to raise awareness among all stakeholders.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    The partnership was formed based on criteria of complementarity and expertise. It consists of six organizations in five different countries (FR, IT, GR, PT, DE, RS) and includes: two vocational training centers in France and Italy, one municipality in Portugal, one association in Greece, one cooperative and one third place in France, and one youth organization in Serbia. <\/span> <\/span>The implementation plan includes four work packages (WPs) that leverage the expertise of the partners during the cooperation: <\/span><\/p>\n

    • WP1 \u2013 Management and coordination<\/span><\/li>\n
    • WP2 \u2013 Building and piloting an international network of living labs for green ecosystems<\/span><\/li>\n
    • WP3 \u2013 Design and piloting of a joint training program for green innovation managers<\/span><\/li>\n
    • WP4 \u2013 Communication, engagement, and sharing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      All WPs are independent but closely linked to ensure that the project’s ambitious results are achieved.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
